There are not too many affordable meal delivery options for vegans. This company has a great concept. We have been using them since late November 2020. For a family of 6, it is pretty pricey however the convenience of not needing to go grocery shopping during the pandemic makes up for the cost. The food is great, some of my family members feel the need to add salt but other than that, they are perfect. There have been many mistakes made but this company seems to have grown in customers very quickly. Customer service does take about 3 hours for a call back, but I have never had a bad experience over the phone. My largest complaint is that I have had to call due to errors each week. My family will give them another month or so to work out their bugs before we give up. We are sincerely hoping that the issues get worked out. I rated them as 4 stars because of their service team and food taste. The fulfillment part really needs improvement - just hoping it is growing pains.

The Keto food is good, and did the job.

Love the food. My lunches are so much healthier than before I started using Fresh N Lean. And I have more variety.

Wonderful service and I am so happy that I gave them a chance. I'm vegan and I have a hard time finding good vegan food despite the rise of this category. But fresh n lean has some of the yummiest vegan food ever. It's not salads and veggies but they have vegan protein to ensure that I will have a well-balanced meal. What more is that it is less than $10! Super cheap and amazing
